Information we collect
IKARUS Clubhouse stores the account details you provide, including your name and email address, together with golf profiles, clubhouse memberships, rounds, scores, course selections, and settings needed to operate the service.
Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use it only to create and authenticate your IKARUS Clubhouse account. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use information
We use account and golf data to provide the Clubhouse, synchronize scorecards, calculate player statistics, secure accounts, troubleshoot the service, and improve product reliability.
Store traffic
On ikarushq.com/store, we record store page views, product views, successful adds to bag, and checkout starts to understand how our store is used. We use a random browser-session identifier that expires after 30 minutes without store activity and the referring website’s hostname. These traffic records do not include your Clubhouse account ID, name, email, IP address, full referring URL, or payment details. Our service providers may separately process technical logs needed to operate the service. Store traffic reports are available only to IKARUS platform administrators.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run IKARUS Clubhouse, when you choose to share it within a clubhouse, or when required by law. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You can also disconnect Google access from your Google Account settings.
